vintage elevator, accessible location, proximity to Vatican
Elevator maintenance issues need attention!!! Bathroom step presents a safety risk for older guests, and a simple bright strip could help!!! It's frustrating that certain arrangements, like parking, are inadequate for unloading luggage!!!

We had an amazing time exploring the sights with our group of friends! The hotel offered tours to the Vatican and Colosseum, making it super easy to see the highlights. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly, especially during breakfast. Just a heads up, consider bringing your own kettle if you enjoy hot drinks in your room.

I loved that my morning started with juicy organic fruits, the real deal fresh and flavorful! Just steps away from the hotel, you can grab a bite at Piccolo Caffe or sip a strong espresso at Bar Il Postiglione. Plus, the location can't be beaten—just a solid stroll from the Vatican!
The breakfast was a tad underwhelming when I skipped the early rush, and some staff seemed a bit aloof. Oh, and good luck with the lift. an old-school trek left me on the second floor!

The room was pretty spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It had a bit of a vintage vibe, which I didn't mind. The bathroom was a little oddly shaped, but it worked fine. The air conditioning wasn't the best, but we had a fan that helped cool things down a bit. Pillows were flat, which was a personal preference thing for me. Overall, a functional space for the price!

The hotel's proximity to the Vatican is fantastic and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. However, the building felt quite dated, and the noise from neighboring rooms could be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, a decent option for sightseeing in Rome.

The Emmaus hotel impressed with its fantastic location just minutes from St Peter's Square. I loved how I could walk to major attractions easily. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast, which had a decent variety. The cleanliness of the room stood out for me. everything felt fresh. However, the room itself had some drawbacks. It felt somewhat cramped, and I noticed noise from plumbing, which disrupted my sleep. The heating could use improvement. it struggled to keep things warm in cooler weather. Additionally, a kettle for hot drinks in the room would have been a nice touch. Despite these issues, the vintage charm added to the stay, including an old elevator that lent character to the experience.
